Referral terms.

1. The program

TradeInTune runs a refer-a-friend program for active accounts. When someone signs up to TradeInTune through your referral link and converts to a paid Pro subscription that completes a full billing cycle, that counts as one successful referral.

Reward tiers:

• 10 successful referrals = 1 month of Pro free, applied as credit on your next billing cycle.
• 30 successful referrals = 1 year of Pro free, applied as credit on your next billing cycle.

Rewards are tracked automatically and applied through Stripe. You don't need to claim them.

2. Eligibility

To participate you must:

• Have a TradeInTune account in good standing (not suspended, not pending closure).
• Be at least 18 years old, the same eligibility threshold as using the platform.
• Be on a paid Pro subscription yourself at the time the reward applies. Free-tier accounts can share referral links and accrue counts, but rewards apply to active paid subscribers only.

3. What counts as a successful referral

A referral counts when all of these are true:

• The referred user signed up using your unique referral link.
• The referred user is a real person who has not previously had a TradeInTune account.
• The referred user converted to a paid Pro subscription (monthly or yearly).
• The referred user's first paid billing cycle has completed without a refund or chargeback.

If the referred user cancels and refunds within the 7-day refund window, the referral does not count toward your total. If a referral is later reversed (chargeback, fraud, refund outside the window for a stated reason), your tally adjusts accordingly and any reward already applied for that referral may be reversed.

4. Anti-gaming

The program exists to reward people who genuinely recommend TradeInTune to others. The following will void affected referrals and may close your account:

• Self-referrals — creating multiple accounts to refer yourself, whether under different emails, payment methods, or names.
• Buying signups, paid traffic to your referral link, or any form of purchased conversions.
• Bot accounts, fake users, automated signups, disposable email signups intended to inflate counts.
• Posting your referral link in spam channels, on platforms that prohibit referral links, or in deceptive contexts.
• Misrepresenting TradeInTune to potential signups — for example, promising returns we don't promise, claiming performance guarantees, or implying personalised advice (see our disclaimer).

We reserve the right to investigate referrals that show signs of abuse, withhold rewards while we review, and revoke rewards already applied if we conclude they were earned through any of the above.

5. How rewards are applied

When you hit a reward tier, the corresponding free time is added as Stripe billing credit and applied to your next invoice. You will see it on the next charge after the tier is reached.

Rewards have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for past months, or accumulated indefinitely beyond their tier definition. If your subscription is cancelled, pending rewards are forfeited; once you re-subscribe, your referral count resumes from where it stood.

Rewards stack at the tier boundary: if you reach 30 successful referrals you receive the 1-year reward; the 10-referral rewards already applied below that count are not re-issued.

6. Tax

Referral rewards may be taxable in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for any tax obligations that arise from receiving a reward. We don't provide tax advice, and we don't report referral rewards to tax authorities on your behalf.

7. Changes to the program

We may change reward tiers, eligibility, or end the program entirely with notice. Any rewards already earned and applied at the time of a change will be honoured; pending tier progress will roll over under the new rules.

Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
