How do I delete my account?
Account → Settings → Delete account. Full deletion in 30 days, except the tax records the ATO requires us to keep.
Go to Account, Settings, scroll to the Delete account section. Click Delete. We ask for confirmation, because this action is destructive. Once confirmed, your account is locked immediately and queued for full deletion in 30 days.
During the 30-day window you can email help@tradeintune.com to undo the deletion. After the window closes, your data is wiped from our database irreversibly.
What we keep
Australian tax law requires us to retain billing records for seven years. Those records are anonymised on deletion: we keep transaction amounts and dates but strip your name, email, and any identifying detail. Nothing identifiable about you survives the 30-day window.
