What's the refund window?
7 days from your first purchase, if you've completed fewer than three drills on the paid tier.
If you bought Pro, didn't get on with it, and you're still inside seven days from your first purchase, email help@tradeintune.com and we'll refund the full charge. The only condition is you must have completed fewer than three paid-tier drills. Below that threshold, we treat the purchase as untested and refund without a back-and-forth.
Why the drill threshold
Three drills is enough exposure to know whether the platform clicks for you. Past three, you've used the product, and we treat the purchase as consumed (the same way a streaming service handles it).
What's not refundable
Renewals on existing subscriptions. We email before every renewal so you can cancel in time.
Gift purchases once redeemed by the recipient.
