How do I cancel?
Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. One click. No retention funnel, no exit survey.
Sign in, go to Account, then Billing. Click Cancel subscription. Confirm. You're done. Your subscription does not renew next cycle, but you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
After your access ends, your account drops to the free tier automatically. Your progress, streak, and drill history are preserved. If you resubscribe later, everything comes back where you left it.
If something goes wrong
Email help@tradeintune.com and we'll handle it on our end. No retention script, no five-step funnel. We'd rather lose a subscriber cleanly than keep one who didn't want to be here.
