I can't sign in
Check the email is right. Reset the password. If you signed up with Google, make sure you're using the same Google account.
First, check the email is the one you actually signed up with. We see this constantly: people have a personal Gmail and a work Gmail and try to sign in with the wrong one. The correct address is the one we sent your most recent welcome email to.
If the email is right
Click Forgot password on the sign-in page. Enter the email. We send a reset link. If the link works, you're in. If you don't receive the link within five minutes, check spam, then try again. Some inbox providers (especially corporate ones) hold transactional mail for longer than they should.
If you signed up with Google
Don't try the email/password form. Click Sign in with Google and pick the same Google account you used to create the TradeInTune account. If you used a different Google account, the email/password reset won't help, because there's no password attached to a Google-OAuth account.
