Notifications aren't reaching me
Check Account → Notifications for the channels you've enabled. If email is enabled and not arriving, look in spam and add help@tradeintune.com to your contacts.
Go to Account → Notifications. Each notification type has separate channels: email, push, in-app. Confirm the channel you expected to receive on is actually enabled for that notification type.
Email not arriving
Check the spam folder. Add help@tradeintune.com and noreply@tradeintune.com to your contacts so the next batch lands in inbox. Some corporate mail systems delay or drop transactional mail entirely; if you're behind one of those, switch to a personal email on the account or rely on in-app notifications instead.
Push not arriving
Push requires browser permission. If you blocked the prompt the first time, your browser is silently dropping every push from us. Re-enable in browser site settings: search your browser help for 'site notifications' for the exact path. After re-enabling, sign out and back in to re-register the device.
Still not working
Email help@tradeintune.com with the notification type that's missing and approximate timestamps when you should have received them. We can check the send logs and confirm whether the message left our side.
