My drill chart isn't loading
Hard reload first. If the chart still won't render, check the browser console for errors and email us with what you see.
Most chart-loading issues are network or cache problems. The fix is a hard reload: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac. This bypasses the cache and re-fetches the chart engine.
If the hard reload doesn't fix it
Open your browser's developer tools (F12 in Chrome, right-click → Inspect in Safari) and click the Console tab. If there are red error messages, copy them. Email help@tradeintune.com with the error text and the URL of the drill that won't load.
Common causes are corporate firewalls blocking our chart provider's CDN, ad-blockers misclassifying the chart engine as tracking, or browser extensions that inject CSS into the page. Disabling ad-blockers for tradeintune.com fixes the majority of these.
