My streak reset and shouldn't have
Most resets are timezone-related: the streak clock runs on the timezone in your account settings, not your device. If it's still wrong, email us with screenshots.
The streak clock rolls over at midnight in the timezone set on your account, not the timezone your device is in. If you travel and your phone auto-switches timezones, the streak can roll over earlier or later than you expected.
Check Account → Settings → Timezone. Set it to where you actually live. The streak clock will use that going forward.
If the timezone is right and the streak still reset wrongly
Email help@tradeintune.com with: your account email, the streak number you had, the timestamp of your last drill, and any screenshots of the streak pill before and after. We can usually restore the streak from server logs within a day.
