I can't sign in
Check the email is right. Reset the password. If you signed up with Google, make sure you're using the same Google account.

Hard reload first. If the chart still won't render, check the browser console for errors and email us with what you see.
2 min→My streak reset and shouldn't have
Most resets are timezone-related: the streak clock runs on the timezone in your account settings, not your device. If it's still wrong, email us with screenshots.
2 min→Notifications aren't reaching me
Check Account → Notifications for the channels you've enabled. If email is enabled and not arriving, look in spam and add help@tradeintune.com to your contacts.
